Organic Living Inc. ships within the United States only, via carriers such as FedEx and/or the US Postal Service. Shipment of in-stock items normally occurs within 2 business days of receipt of your fully paid order. When placing your order, please inform us of any shipping preferences and special information which will help ensure smooth and safe delivery. Organic Living Inc. cannot guarantee safe delivery to locations in which package theft is common. If this describes your location, please opt for signature-required delivery services.

Returns & Exchanges

Organic Living Inc. offers a return policy of 30 days from product purchase. In the event you are unsatisfied with your product, or the product is defective or arrives in unusable condition, notify Organic Living Inc Customer Service immediately in order that we may make things right. In the event that a product return is necessary, please call Customer Service at 1-(727) 433-1661 M-F 10am to 5 pm EST for a return authorization number. Follow all shipping return instructions. Organic Living Inc will exchange your product with an equivalent product or refund your product purchase price, less shipping charges.
